Over the course of her compensation career, the company’s principal has been offering advice to friends and associates to help them negotiate the best salary offer. The time to negotiate is before you join the organization or accept the promotion as annual increases are small and do not result in significant pay changes in the short term. Many individuals struggle to negotiate the compensation package they desire and our goal is to change that narrative.

Our principal is passionate about helping everyone earn what they are worth. After years of doing this within her circle of friends, she wants to provide that service to job seekers and equip them with the knowledge to negotiate a salary package that is reflective of their worth.

We will help job seekers determine their worth in the market by using market data specific to their target industry and assessing their qualifications and experience. We will align the data with the qualifications/experience to determine the relative worth of the individual in the market.
